I made contact with Megg & Ralph Faillace, of your Bradenton Manatee office, through the recommendation of a friend of mine. At the time, my mother was in poor health and I was exploring the possibilities of selling her home and relocating her. I knew from my initial meeting with Megg that she and I were going to be a good fit to take care of my mother's needs and mine. As things progressed, they stayed with me, checking in, offering suggestions and never exerting any pressure. Sadly, my mother passed away and when she did they were right there offering support. Through their suggestions, their "above and beyond" approach to mom's house, we came to a successful sale last month. All this was made more difficult by my own personal situation, living in Boston, and it all being so difficult to deal with on a daily basis. Nothing daunted Megg, and with Ralph's help, they enabled me to sell the property. Something I read on the first folder from your company that Megg handed me, stands clearly in my mind. Exceptional people, properties and service. This sums up what Megg and Ralph Faillace embody. Truly professional, but with that personal touch. I hope they will be recognized as such.
